Notwithstanding
Notwithstanding any opposition, I would like to make "notwithstanding" our latest entry. Does anyone even really know what this word means? Doubtful. Even Merriam-Webster's definition is incredibly vague: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/notwithstanding.
